ordering and payment If you'd like to pay with a credit card you can do so by using Paypal. Paypal is completely secure. For more information, please visit their security information page. Shipping and handling fees will be added in at payment time. If you'd rather pay with a check or a money order, send an email to katharsisjones@yahoo.com stating which items you desire. I will promptly put it on hold for you and email you an invoice with a total for purchase and shipping. Items won't be sent until after a check has cleared. When mailing your check or money order, please print and fill out our order form and include it with your payment. This will prevent any order confusion. (order form coming soon!). shipping and handling Shipping and handling fees vary per product and quantity. Fee covers shipping, packaging, and PayPal fees. Shipping is generally ground service from Canada Post. To upgrade shipping options, please contact me. Products are generally sent out within 5-7 days of receipt of purchase. If you need to receive your order sooner, please include a note at checkout or contact me directly to discuss shipping options. If by some miracle I am out of stock or unavailable to ship your order, you will be contacted within 48 hours of accepting payment for your order. International orders are welcome, but cheques/money orders must be made out in U.S. or Canadian funds. An additional $2.00 should be added to your order for shipping costs. returns and exchanges While I will do everything possible to make sure you are satisfied with your order, I understand that sometimes issues arise. Should you need to return an item, I will accept returns if: -An email stating the reason for the return is sent to katharsisjones@yahoo.com within 7 days of delivery. -Items are returned to me within 7 business days of receipt of your email. -The item is unused and in the condition in which it was shipped. -A copy of your receipt is enclosed. If the item was a gift, please tell me who originally purchased it. Once I've received the item, I will refund your money the same way I received your order (PayPal or check). Unless I agree that I've made an error in the order, shipping charges will not be refunded. I'm willing to accept exchanges if: -I'm notified within 30 days of receipt -The item is returned in its original and unused condition -A copy of the receipt is included with the item. If the item was a gift, please tell me who originally purchased it. Exchanges can be made in the form of a gift certificate for Whirr or an item(s) of equal value. gift certificates Some people are hard to shop for, even robot lovers. And we are actively working to add new products to the store. WHiRR gift certificates will be available in amounts of $15, $20, or $25 and never expire. If you'd like a gift certificate, I'll need the following information: 1. Your name and telephone number (just in case). 2. The amount of the gift certificate. 3. The name and telephone number of the recipient. 4. The address and name you want the gift certificate sent to. You can pay for gift certificates via check (once the check clears, the gift certificate will be mailed), money order, or Paypal. If you pay via PayPal, you can arrange for the girt certificate to be sent via email in PDF format. To use a gift certificate, you may email your order information and gift certificate code to katharsisjones@yahoo.com. Shipping costs may not be included in final total and are the responsibility of the buyer. privacy policy To thank you for sharing your contact information with me, I promise to neither share nor sell your info with anyone else. New items can always be viewed online at your convenience. You will only be contacted by me or WHiRR if there is an issue with your order or if you opt-in to our mailing list. quality guarantee Most of our products are paper goods and have been printed by professionals on high-quality paper. While I can guarantee that the design and production is of high or reasonably high quality, I cannot guarantee that the items are waterproof or stain resistant. If you prefer to take quality into your own hands, I offer most of my cards and stationery designs for download at a discounted price. |
