A while back, before I actually started depositing money at casino.com I played in their “play for fun” mode. One thing that I checked out was if you play 20 autospins do you usually end up about where you started, do you lose. I decided to check it out again. I played 4 different online slot games, with each of them I played 5 sets of 20 autospins (100 total spins per game). Here is the breakdown

King Kong:

This was the most I ever played King Kong, it was a pretty cool game, it has 2 different modes, I believe Jungle Mode and Big City mode. One thing I didn’t quite understand is all the dinosaur imagery. The first scatter bonus that I got was to match up 3 dinosaurs, and that was worth a certain value. The second bonus round I went to made more sense. You have to choose which airplanes you want King Kong to knock out of the sky.

Now on to the betting: I started with €4,105
1st round of 20 – €4,092 – Loss of €13
2nd round – €4,083 - loss of €9
3rd round – €4,101 – Won €18 – This was the round that I won a scatter bonus
4th round – €4,073 – loss €28
5th round – €4,089 – Won €16 – Played in Jungle Mode and went to a second scatter bonus.
King Kong Totals – 100 Spins a loss of €16

Punisher War Zone
I wrote last week that one of the cooler aspects of the Punisher War Zone is that if you get the Punisher logo, it fills a spot on the bottom of the reel, and after all slots are filled, you win 5 free spins. Today I learned that the game saves your Punisher logos from your previous time playing. So instead of starting needing all 4 Punisher logos to win the free spins, I only needed a few. The other fun thing, is that while you are in teh bonus round if you get a Punisher logo anywhere on the board, you get an additional 5 free spins.
I started out with €4,089

1st round of 20 - €4,057 -a loss of €32
2nd round – €4,090 - Won €33
3rd round – €4,057 – Loss €33
4th round €4,029 - Loss €28
5th round – €4,080 – Won €51
Punisher Totals – 100 Spins – Loss €9

Of Course I played the Incredible Hulk – I don’t have much left to say about this game except that the first two game each spin was €2.00 and the next two games were €2.50.

I started play with €4,080
1st round of 20 – €4149 – Won €69 – I finally got the smash bonus. You get to choose three police to destroy, and each car has a money value, and then after that you can pick one helicopter to break and that determines the multiplier.
2nd round- €4125 – loss €24
3rd round – €4,109 – loss €16
4th round – €4,096 – loss €13
5th round – €4,063 – loss €33
Totals – 100 spins – Loss of €17

Iron Man 2

Started with €4,063
1st round – €4,055 – loss of €8
2nd round – €4,062 – Won €13
3rd round – €4,022 - loss €40
4th Round – € 4,006 - Loss €16
5th Round – €4131 – Won €125
Totals – 100 spins – Won €76

All told I played 400 spins and won a total of €58. I’m not sure what this is supposed to tell us, had I quit earlier I could have won more money, and had I kept playing, who knows. I guess what I found out is that in the end it pretty much balances out. Some rounds I lost, others I won. If you look at the Incredible hulk stats – In the first round I won big, and then lost some of it each time, until I lost everything from the bonus. With Iron Man 2, the final round was where I hit the bonus, so I was able to walk away before losing my winnings.

Movie Slots Games

Now that I’ve actually gotten back in the black, I figured it was time to hit the slot machines again.

I played the movie slot machine games: The Incredible Hulk, Gladiator, Daredevil, Fantastic Four, Iron Man 2, X-men, and Punisher.

I’ve written at length about both The Incredible Hulk and Gladiator, so I’ll skip them, except to say that I got a terrible Scatter bonus round in Gladiator, in 14 free games, with a 2X multiplier, I won a measly €39. I did get 2 5 of a kinds in Hulk, each worth about €50 – but I didn’t get to play in the bonus rounds.

After that I played Daredevil, which has a cool interactive feature. There is a “Bullseye” that you can place on a spot of teh reels, before spinning and if Bullseye, the bad guy from Daredevil, lands on your bullseye you win 3x the bet. I landed on the spot twice, and won about €8. So it’s not a huge win, but it was fun to try and have some impact on the game

After that I switched over to Iron Man 2 – This was by far my favorite game. It has a differnt look than the other games, but I noticed that the wins I was getting were worth more than the other games. I got to one really cool bonus level – with an increasing multiplier. It started off at 1 and increased over the course of the 14 free games to a 6x multiplier. I won €89 in that bonus round, plus an additional €43 with a 5 of a kind.

I finished my run by playing X-men and the Punisher. Xmen was really boring, the music was lame, and I didn’t win anyhing, which probably added to my general dislike of the game.

Punisher was interesting, whenever the The Punisher logo (Skull and crossbones) it fills in an empty Punisher logo on the bottom of the reel, when you fill 4 Skulls you get a bonus round. I wasn’t close and was just bleeding money, so I didn’t last long enough to get the Bonus.

Overall I lost €60 but I, for the most part, enjoyed my run through the movie slots

Iron Man 2 – He won this battle

Today is the probably the last time I’ll play the slots for a while. I starting playing Iron Man 2, it has a different kind of look, which was weird, because there were characters, but the top half and bottom half were different reels. It looked kinda weird, as you can see in the picture above. The picture below shows one of the few times I won anything, how the lines are still divided the same way.

My luck must have turned to crap because I didn’t win anything, no fun bonuses, jackpots or anything. I kept hoping, and thus spinning the reels. But sadly I kept losing. All total, I lost €203.oo spinning these damn wheels. I don’t have a good reason why I didn’t stop, I found the game to be annoying, I guess I just really wanted to beat it.

The game uses pictures from the Iron Man 2 movie, so if you’re into that, but if you’re into winning then I’d stay away for now.
